Do You Accept Insurance?

I am in-network with Aetna.

Primarily, I am an out-of-network provider and work with many PPO and POS plans through BCBS, UnitedHealthCare, Cigna, Wellfleet, and Carelon Behavioral Health. I am more than happy to confirm your out-of-network benefits and discuss your financial responsibilities.

In my attempt to keep care accessible, I offer sliding scale rates for self-pay clients. I also provide superbills upon request.

$100-150/session

Sustainability rate
$150-200/session

Redistribution rate**
$200-250/session

**This rate subsidizes coaching services for people who otherwise couldn’t afford it.
