Do You Accept Insurance?

I am in-network with Aetna.

Primarily, I am an out-of-network provider, and accept most PPO and POS plans. I will bill insurance for you.

I also offer therapy on a self-pay/sliding scale. In order to keep my practice sustainable, I have a limited number of spots at each tier. Please use the “Self-Pay Questionnaire” to determine where you fall.

If you are interested in using your out-of-network insurance benefits, I am more than happy to provide you with a superbill at the end of the month. This can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
